Yes, Everyone including adults and babies must wear socks at all times. We do not allow shoes in our facility.

No, Adults are free! You pay for the children only! Please keep in mind, we do a have 2 to 1 ratio rule.

Yes, you're welcome to bring outside snacks and beverages as long as you consumed and  store them in our designated eating area.

No, the children do not need to be potty trained.

All children who are not fully potty trained MUST wear a diaper or training diaper to avoid accidents that may cause our facility to shutdown. Also to prevent damage/cleaning fees for the guardian.

No, strollers are not allowed in our facility. They must stay in the front outside our gate or remain in your vehicle. Infant car seats are permitted.

Our facility is equipped for children ages 6 and under only. Anyone older can assist in play.

Yes, we do require a $150 non-refundable deposit that does go towards your party balance. You can book directly on our website, in person, or over the phone!

No, we don't provide and food or drinks.

You're welcome to bring your own outside food, drinks, dessert, favors, extra decor, etc...

Yes, but only upon availability. We have only a few time slots you can add extra time for. This must be discussed and booked by our party manager. Otherwise, you must wait 3 days before your party to see if anyone has booked before or after your party to allow extra time.

An additional charge of $100 is applied per 1 Hour.

We provide minor decor with the theme selection that you choose for your party. You're welcome to bring additional decorations as long as there is no damage to our walls and ceiling.

DIY (do-it-yourself) Balloon garlands, arches, and bouquets are prohibited. They must be serviced by a professional with proof of receipt for choking hazard and liability purposes.

No hanging of Piñatas are allowed, must be held by adults if you bring one.

Yes, we do provide white paper plates, napkins, and plastic utensils.

If you need more heavy duty plates, we recommend bringing your own. We do not supply cups.
